When it comes to audio knowledge, this company is easily a five-star business. The installs are excellent, the sound quality is outstanding, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. My reason for leaving two stars has nothing to do with the quality of the work. It is entirely due to the lack of communication when issues arise after the installation, especially regarding warranty concerns. I understand that Carlos is extremely busy and can only do so much as one person. However, there needs to be a better system in place for customer service and follow-up support. As a consistent, returning customer, it has been very frustrating trying to get assistance with a warranty issue. When a manufacturer requires proof of purchase or communication from the original dealer, customers are often dependent on the shop's responsiveness to move the process forward. The biggest disappointment is not the warranty issue itself, but the difficulty in getting communication and updates about resolving it. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase answers when trying to address a legitimate warranty claim. I have unanswered text messages to prove this fact! The work, installations, and audio expe

Bought a setup from Carlos about a year and a half ago before he opened a shop in Florida. The setup was great and fairly easy for me to DIY, well fast forward to today I was in Florida and stopped by his shop for a tune and the magician in less than ten minutes had my system perfect! Much thanks and if you’re not getting your bike audio upgrades done at NVS you are missing out! Thanks Carlos
